This role requires a proven people leader with strong manufacturing experience who can drive results through <strong>effective coaching, engagement, problem solving, and accountability</strong>, while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Night Production Supervisor</strong> is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on his/her shift. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the direct supervision and training of hourly employees on his/her shift. This position requires the flexibility to work various shifts, 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. A Production Supervisor reports directly to the Production Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Safety & Compliance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead by example in practicing and enforcing proper PPE compliance and safe work behaviors</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong safety culture; immediately report and address unsafe conditions, acts, or injuries</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with wired plant metrics, forklift operation requirements, and preventive maintenance standards</li>\n <li>Promote employee involvement in safety observations and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p>People Leadership & Development</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of hourly employees</li>\n <li>Ensure employees are properly trained and qualified in safety, quality, and job functions</li>\n <li>Build strong employee relationships through effective communication, fairness, and consistency</li>\n <li>Manage attendance, discipline, recognition, and corrective actions in alignment with company policies</li>\n <li>Develop employee skills and bench strength through training, mentoring, and on‑the‑job development</li>\n <li>Foster engagement and accountability while reinforcing ADS Core Values</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Production & Workflow Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, allocate, and manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet daily production schedules</li>\n <li>Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies across all production lines</li>\n <li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of production, quality, and shift reporting documentation</li>\n <li>Expedite product changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime</li>\n <li>Maintain housekeeping standards that meet or exceed facility expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Quality Assurance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all products meet ADS and AASHTO quality specifications</li>\n <li>Adhere to product sampling schedules and quality documentation requirements</li>\n <li>Partner with Quality and Production Management to identify and resolve quality issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot mechanical, process, and workflow issues to meet production needs</li>\n <li>Perform minor repairs and adjustments as required</li>\n <li>Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and employee performance</li>\n <li>Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Skills:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong people leadership, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to motivate teams and build accountability</li>\n <li>Mechanical and process troubleshooting abilities</li>\n <li>Solid decision‑making and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of extrusion or similar manufacturing processes (ADS experience preferred)</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills (production reporting, data entry, email)</li>\n <li>ADS extrusion process knowledge</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years experience as ADS line operator or related experience</li>\n <li>5-7+ Supervisory or lead experience or related experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds to a height of 6 feet</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 continuous hours</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in temperature extremes</li>\n <li>Ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods</li>\n <li>Position requires full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and
