They are a leading member of the team, responsible for innovative, elegant and efficient design and development of enterprise Salesforce solutions<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in software development, solution architect, and strong technical expertise in the Salesforce platform</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">As a BlueSky Salesforce Architect, you will play a leading role in the elicitation, design, development and deployment of best-practice Salesforce solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">You will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">BlueSky works across different industries and Salesforce clouds, so you'll be able to dive deep into an area of specialization, or expand into new technical arenas.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">This is a varied delivery leadership role, with the following responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">Review solutions and recommending improvements,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
