          "text": "<p>Responsible for the support of Versant Transmission and Acquisition operations. Manage signal flows and communication for daily coverage involving the assignment desk, bureaus, remotes and Versant Media partners and affiliates in a fast-paced news environment.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You Will Do: </strong></p><ul><li>Signal routing, quality control, and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing feeds/streams associated with news, entertainment and sports.</li><li>Communicate with live control rooms and remote sites.</li><li>Provide direction to field crews and remote studios using a multitude of technologies, including LiveU bonded cellular, terrestrial vendors, satellite, and IP solutions to optimize signal quality.</li><li>Meet aggregating deadlines in a quick turnaround, evolving situation.</li><li>Support Versant Media partners.</li><li>Troubleshoot quality control issues, with a focus on and attention to detail.</li><li>Book and schedule remote facilities and Transmission when needed.</li><li>Work with Versant O&amp;T Engineering and other Incident Management teams to resolve equipment malfunctions and outages.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What You <u>Must</u> Have:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in live-to-air television operations</li><li>TOC/NOC environment, with responsibility for audio/video/data quality and continuity.</li><li>Hands-on experience with basic operation and configuration of Transmission facility hardware such as LiveU, satellite receivers, antennas, IP/ASI encoders and decoders, and video plant router control panels.</li><li>Must be flexible with assigned shift for relief and breaking news coverage in a 24/7/365 environment. Must be willing to work overtime.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.</li><li>Capable of meeting strict deadlines.</li><li>Critical thinking and attention to detail with diagnostics.</li></ul><p><strong>What Would Make You a Stand-out:</strong></p><ul><li>A self-managing individual with willingness to learn new technologies.</li><li>Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>",
