The Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the fleet while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting our sustainability goals.</span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"> </p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Duties include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:square;\">\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Oversee the daily operations of the company’s fleet, including waste collection vehicles, trucks, and specialized equipment.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Monitor vehicle usage and performance to ensure timely and efficient operations in line with service schedules and customer expectations.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Ensure timely repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical issues, working closely with in-house maintenance teams or external vendors.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Maintain records of all fleet maintenance, repairs, and inspections, and ensure vehicles comply with safety and environmental regulations.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Ensure all fleet operations adhere to safety standards, local, state, and federal regulations, and environmental laws.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Conduct regular safety audits, vehicle inspections, and driver training to minimize accidents and vehicle downtime.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Monitor fleet performance data using telematics and other tracking systems, generating reports on fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and other key metrics.</span></li>\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Provide regular reports on fleet operations, maintenance status, and budget performance to senior management.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"line-height:normal;\">Supervise and manage a team of drivers, mechanics, and fleet personnel, ensuring high performance, accountability, and compliance with company policies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"> </p>",
