Telford is in search of a Veterinary Surgeon to lead our team of vets, ensuring that high standards of clinical care are met through coaching and mentoring. You will be jointly responsible for embedding the Animal Trust Values, fostering a caring and nurturing working environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #374151\">Working closely with our Practice Manager and Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. We are a Community Interest Company, which means we reinvest the majority of our profits into our team and our patients' care.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">About You:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Expertise:</span> Possess a strong clinical skillset with a passion for coaching and mentoring.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication Skills:</span> Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both with clients and the veterinary team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">VetGDP Qualification:</span> Hold or be eager to obtain a VetGDP qualification.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Acumen:</span> While preferred, it's not essential.
