This role will direct the operations of the warehouse team to achieve prescribed objectives and assure the integrity of the inventory.<br/></p> \n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li> \n <li>Boldly coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment</li> \n <li>Develop and maintain a productive team by creating programs for hiring, training, and professional development</li> \n <li>Conduct performance evaluation for recommending promotions, wage increases and terminations</li> \n <li>Supervise and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and the movement of the merchandise throughout the building</li> \n <li>Participate in establishing work schedules and ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly</li> \n <li>Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation, rotate product as appropriate</li> \n <li>Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS Standards</li> \n</ul> \n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p> \n<ul> \n <li>3+ years of experience at the departmental management level</li> \n <li>WMS experience with KCS and/or PKMS preferred</li> \n <li>Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel</li> \n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement</li> \n <li>Knowledge of logistical operations associated with cross-functional teams</li> \n <li>Exceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching and interpersonal skills with ability to build and foster teams</li> \n <li>Demonstrated ability to organize vast amounts of data with knowledge of e-commerce and fulfillment operations</li> \n <li>Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail</li> \n</ul> \n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines</li> \n <li>Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li> \n</ul>",
