This is a remote opportunity designed for experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality cardiovascular care through telemedicine.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>As a Telemedicine Cardiologist, you will provide expert consultations and patient management remotely. You will collaborate with onsite medical teams to ensure seamless care delivery across emergency departments and inpatient settings.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify urgent or emergent cardiac issues during virtual visits and initiate appropriate emergency protocols, including referral to emergency services if necessary</li><li>Conduct virtual cardiology consultations and manage direct patient care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.</li><li>Review patient histories, medical records, and relevant diagnostic tests, including EKGs, echocardiograms, and lab results.</li><li>Interpret diagnostic studies including EKG’s echocardiograms and stress testing&nbsp;</li><li>Prescribe medications and develop treatment regimens tailored to individual patient needs.</li><li>Refer patients to appropriate specialists and coordinate care, as necessary.</li><li>Provide clinical guidance to onsite nursing staff and consult with physicians in emergency and inpatient settings.</li><li>Maintain strong working relationships with hospital-based providers.</li><li>Accurately document consultations in the electronic medical record (EMR)</li><li>Demonstrate excellent remote communication and virtual bedside manner</li><li>Submit billing charges within billing software as required</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Job Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.&nbsp;</li><li>Board Certified in Cardiology (ABIM or equivalent)</li><li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Cardiology (telehealth experience a plus).</li><li>Ability to work 7 shifts a month including a weekend shift per month.</li><li>Ability to navigate various EMR/EHR systems.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>NuView Health Offers:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven, long-term stability</li><li>Work-life balance</li><li>Flexible scheduling, 100% remote</li><li>24/7 provider operational support</li><li>Medical Staff credentialing/ licensing support as applicable</li><li>Malpractice Insurance</li><li>Full-time employees subject to additional benefits</li><li>Referral bonuses</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Whether you are simply ready for a fresh start or want the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, let NuView Health show you how you can help change the future of healthcare.</p><p><br></p>",
