Quickly, politely and accurately determines customer service needs.</li><li>Use telephone, email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.</li><li>Answer telephones consistent with company standards; provide information to callers and &nbsp;route calls.</li><li>Staying knowledgeable on current service department offers.
