We offer competitive pay and benefits, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work culture.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>About the role:&nbsp;</strong>The Associate Manufacturing Technician - Bacterin is responsible for assisting and supporting the process, to ensure site wide compliance in production, testing, and distribution of veterinary biologic products, within the guidelines set by regulatory agencies.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 11:00am</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work under minimal supervision to assist with product production while maintaining a high level of process clarity with direct management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow SOPS in an efficient and accurate manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Aseptically assist in antigen production or serial processing to ensure on-time delivery</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean and maintain the aseptic environment; maintain cleanliness of facilities&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate and complete information</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain inventory of laboratory consumables&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in investigation of laboratory error to identify root cause and prevent repeated errors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist other departments as requested and complete other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote safety in all areas of work, professional courtesy, and a positive work environment within the company</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications and Capabilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working in a regulated environment including the USDA/CVB, C-CVB, VICH, OSHA, Federal, State, and Local Agencies is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to learn and apply biological manufacturing processes including aseptic technique, product flow, bacterial growth methods, good documentation, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to multi-task</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow department SOP&rsquo;s (Standard Operating Procedure)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal &amp; written instructions in English</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to adapt and react positively to changes in daily routine</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; bending, twisting, and performing fine motor manipulations required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to pass medical clearance<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience/Educational Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A.S. degree in a related field preferred</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits at Vaxxinova:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are proud to offer a generous benefit package in addition to competitive compensation.
