      "value": "<span style=\"color:rgb(36,36,36);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);display:inline;\">BSBI is seeking a Senior Careers & Internship Advisor to support the expansion of our Careers Service and the implementation of the mandatory internship programme at our </span><span style=\"border:0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;font-size:14px;line-height:inherit;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Barcelona and Madrid campuses</span><span style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);display:inline;\">.</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\"><br>This role combines career guidance for students and graduates with strong business growth responsibilities, particularly by building bridges with industry and securing internship agreements for BSBI students.<br><br>You will report to the Head of Careers Service and you will be based in Madrid.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><strong><br>Student Career Support</strong><br><br>Provide individual career counselling and group guidance to students and graduates<br>Deliver in cooperation with Careers Service a variety of career-related in-person, online or hybrid on-campus workshops<br>Conceptualize, create and disseminate materials for students, graduates, staff members as well as for partner organizations and external businesses and institutions<br>Support students through the internship process, including applications, interviews, and placement preparation<br>Monitor student progress during internships and provide support where needed<br>Coordinate with academic staff to ensure internship placements align with programme requirements<br>Manage internship documentation and reports in collaboration with tutors and administrative teams<br>Act as a representative of the School’s Careers Service at professional events<br><br><strong>Business Development & Employer Partnerships</strong><br><strong><br></strong>Actively develop and expand BSBI’s network of industry partners, with a strong focus on securing formalized internship agreements with companies<br>Identify, approach and build relationships with organisations across key sectors such as Engineering, Health, Marketing and IT<br>Serve as the main contact for employers, internship supervisors ensuring placements are successfully arranged, managed and completed<br>Maintain strong relationships with partner organisations and monitor employer feedback<br>Organise and support employer engagement activities, including networking events and company presentations and visits<br><br><strong>Internal Collaboration<br></strong><br>Work closely with careers service, campus management, academic teams, marketing and student services across BSBI campuses<br>Prepare, contribute and assist with Careers Service events at all locations<br>Support the Head of Careers Service and Campus Manager with operational tasks as required</span>"
