This role focuses on recruiting blue-collar and skilled trades talent across <strong>Canada</strong> and can be performed remotely from <strong>Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, or Moncton/Dieppe.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Success in this role requires strong outbound calling, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused on skilled trades. You’ll manage multiple reqs and be on the phone daily. If you enjoy fast-paced recruiting and hitting targets, this is a great role for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time (primarily blue-collar/skilled trades)</li>\n <li>Conduct high-volume outbound calling to source and qualify candidates</li>\n <li>Screen candidates in both English and French</li>\n <li>Quickly assess candidate fit and move qualified candidates to submission</li>\n <li>Partner with hiring managers to prioritize urgent needs</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate tracking in ATS</li>\n <li>Consistently meet weekly activity and hiring targets</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of agency recruiting experience (REQUIRED)</li>\n <li>Proven success in high-volume or blue-collar recruiting</li>\n <li>Comfortable making 30+ calls per day</li>\n <li>Fluent in French and English (spoken required)</li>\n <li>Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities</li>\n <li>Resilient, persistent, and results-driven</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What This Role Is NOT:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Not an HR generalist role</li>\n <li>Not a low-volume or relationship-only recruiting role</li>\n <li>Not a sourcing-only position</li>\n <li>Not a management role, this is an individual contributor position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base: $45,000 – $60,000 CAD + 10% Annual bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
