    "description": "<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span>\n<br>\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a maximum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in finance, extensive SAP implementation experience, and the ability to lead end-to-end project lifecycles including design, configuration, testing, and support. The role also involves providing L2/L3 production support, handling enhancements, resolving incidents, and ensuring system stability while driving continuous improvements in SAP FICO processes.\n<br>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span>\n<br><br>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Implementation &amp; Support</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (Blueprinting, Realization, Go-live, Hypercare).</li>\n<li>Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA).</li>\n<li>Support rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.</li>\n<li>Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Process &amp; Integration</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions aligned with finance best practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure integration with MM, SD, HR, and other SAP modules.</li>\n<li>Work closely with stakeholders to optimize financial processes.</li>\n<li>Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial &amp; Compliance Expertise</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and IFRS/GAAP standards.</li>\n<li>Experience in month-end/year-end closing processes.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Accounting, and Asset Accounting.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production Support (L3)</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO modules (FI &amp; CO).</li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.</li>\n<li>Handle month-end and year-end closing support activities.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with AMS, Basis and technical teams for transports and system issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">S/4HANA Exposure</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration projects.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Fiori apps.</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Training</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.</li>\n<li>Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops.</li>\n<li>Create business process documentation and test scripts.</li>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum of 10 years of SAP FICO experience with experience in AMS/support roles as well.</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in:\n<ul>\n<li>FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, New GL</li>\n<li>CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Strong debugging and issue analysis skills (functional level).</li>\n<li>Experience in SLA-driven support environment.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of integration points with MM &amp; SD.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting global clients and multiple company codes.</li>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.</li>\n<li>SAP FICO Certification.</li>\n<li>Exposure to FSCM or Group Reporting is preferred.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of IDocs and interface troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>",
