We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Project Manager for our industrial refrigeration projects. In this role you will be tasked to pre-plan and manage construction projects utilizing all company resources resulting in satisfied customer, increased productivity, and increased profitability.</p>\n<p>#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI and contingency logs.</li>\n <li>Work with operations manager to ensure labor plan is being carried out.</li>\n <li>Create Mechanical Schedule and Man loading charts on all projects.</li>\n <li>Consistently submit accurate, timely and complete estimates and change order quotations.</li>\n <li>Communication with Purchasing and Fabrication Shop to secure schedule, scope and price.</li>\n <li>Promote and enforce a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Satisfy customers’ needs to develop repeat business.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems</li>\n <li>Construction/engineering based degree is a plus</li>\n <li>Willing to travel as required</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft office, Word, Excel and project</li>\n <li>Knowledge in generating construction schedule and updating of same (MS Project).</li>\n <li>Knowledge in reading plan and ISO drawings for purpose of ordering material and estimating of change orders.</li>\n <li>Ability to order, track, and expedite for timely delivery to multiple locations of pipe valves, fittings and specialty items required for the project.</li>\n <li>Self-starter</li>\n <li>Good Communication skills</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
