You will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their unique business and technical needs, designing and developing innovative, multi-domain solutions that align with their objectives across Arctiq's main practices. Your focus will be on delivering scalable, cost-effective, and outcome-driven architectures that protect and enable our customers’ critical environments.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead customer discovery sessions to assess current infrastructure, cloud, security, and application environments.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales teams and clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, multi-domain solution architectures.</li>\n<li>Architect and design integrated solutions across data center, virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, and cybersecurity domains.</li>\n<li>Leverage technologies from partners such as <span>VMware</span>, <span>Nutanix</span>, <span>Red Hat</span>, as well as hyperscalers including <span>Amazon Web Services</span>, <span>Microsoft Azure</span>, and <span>Google Cloud</span>.</li>\n<li>Develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs that clearly articulate Arctiq’s ability to meet customer needs.</li>\n<li>Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, cost savings, and risk reduction.</li>\n<li>Recommend and validate solutions aligned with industry best practices, compliance standards, and customer-specific requirements.</li>\n<li>Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.</li>\n<li>Work with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from design to deployment, providing architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and identification of expansion opportunities.</li>\n<li>Stay current on emerging technologies.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of thought leadership, reference architectures, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams and leadership to influence go-to-market strategies and service offerings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering within a VAR, integrator, or services organization.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of consulting with customers to design and deliver enterprise-scale, multi-domain solutions.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, networking, and security concepts and best practices.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of licensing models, cost optimization strategies, and vendor program structures</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, and public cloud providers.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including solution design, proposal development, and executive presentations.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
