Stagestep Flooring Solutions, the industry leader for more than 50 years in dance and theater flooring! We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia. The Inside Sales Representative will provide detailed quotes and information regarding dance floors. This position will submit and track orders and activity to help drive sales. Responsibilities Include: Provide inbound sales and technical assistance to dance professionals, professional and home studio owners, teachers, architects, and designers to help them select the most appropriate dance flooring systems. Recommend product solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Create quotes for dance floor systems, including delivery costs and instructions for care and handling. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature through (Fishbowl) sales inventory management software. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports. We are looking for the following: Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience One year proven inside sales experience Direct sales experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Outlook Strong math and organizational skills We offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
