      "content": "<div>\n\n<li><u><strong>Must Have</strong></u></li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with the public</li>\n<li>3+ years in a management or supervisory role</li>\n<li>Clean 10-year DMV record (dated within the last 30 days)</li>\n<li>Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of DOT regulations, log books, and safe cargo handling practice</li>\n<li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours based on operational needs</li>\n<li><strong>Must be able to reliably commute to our Oklahoma City Transfer station</strong></li>\n\n\n<li><u><strong>Nice to Have</strong></u></li>\n<li>24+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience</li>\n<li>CDL</li>\n<li>Experience driving in healthcare, food &amp; beverage, or retail industries</li>\n<li>Experience with&nbsp;routing and dispatch software&nbsp;(e.g., Samsara, Omnitracs, or similar systems) highly preferred</li>\n\n</div>"
