    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is seeking an&nbsp;experienced ICU Registered Nurse.&nbsp;</span><br>This is a PRN Day<span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\"> shift position (7:00am-7:00pm).</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">The&nbsp;<strong>Critical Care (ICU) Unit</strong> at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is a 12-bed negative-pressure unit dedicated to providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients with potentially life-threatening medical and surgical conditions.&nbsp;</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">A collaborative team-nursing approach ensures comprehensive and compassionate care for our critically ill patients.</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">The patient population includes individuals who are critically ill with cardiac, respiratory, renal, metabolic or multi-organ disorders.
