The ideal candidate has strong experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JavaScript</span>, particularly in modern <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Next.js</span> on the frontend, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Node.js</span> on the backend.
