    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We're looking for a Home Health LPN to provide practical nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Accepts assignments of clients from the R.N. Case ManagerProvides nursing care through the utilization of the home assessment, nursing diagnoses, and physician-approved care plansa. Performs treatment(s) ordered by the physician and delegated by the R.N. Case Manager.</p>\n<p>b. Observes signs and symptoms and reports them to the R.N. Case Manager.</p>\n<p>c. Notes changes in physical or emotional status of clients.</p>\n<p>d. Promotes client and caregiver independence in self-care</p>\n<p>Utilizes electronic documentation of client care; complies with Agency policies regarding timeliness in submission of documentation and synchronization of dataFollows Agency policies regarding universal precautions, and safety guidelinesFulfills other assignments as requested by the R.N.
