    "description_html": "<p><strong>Maintenance Technicians at The Marquardt</strong></p><p>Watertown, WI</p><p><br></p><p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https://www.illuminus.us/communities/the-marquardt\">The Marquardt</a>, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.</p><p><br></p><p>Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.</p><p><br></p><p>Our Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on equipment, buildings and furnishings.</p><p><br></p><p>We currently have Full-Time openings on 1st or 2nd Shift:</p><ul><li>AM Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Our pay range is dependent upon experience:</p><ul><li>$22.18 - $23.00 per hour</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent, fluorescent and LED bulbs and tubes, ballasts, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power, or specialty tools.</li><li>Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains, faucets and toilets, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).</li><li>Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, apply cement patch, install/adjust door closures, and perform repairs to trim/doors).</li><li>Installs, repairs, and/or replaces appliances (e.g. refrigerators, ranges, hoods, microwaves, washer/dryer etc.)</li><li>Moves, reconfigures, installs and positions, furniture for residents and/or staff. (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, tables, podiums and AV equipment etc.).</li><li>Repairs, modifies, and replaces damaged or missing parts to sheet metal fixtures and equipment (e.g. ducts, diffusers, metal cabinets, doors, covers, framing to provide safe, efficient operation of equipment.</li><li>Replaces and repairs ceiling tiles and ceiling grid systems to correct damaged, stained or broken tiles.</li><li>Removes blockages to drains and toilets to restore the flow and drainage of wastewater and products using appropriate tools and materials (e.g. hand, electrical and sewer snakes, plunger, etc.).</li><li>Prioritize work orders/work requests and complete them in a timely manner.</li></ul>",
