Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></span></span></span></span><br><br><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#212529;\"><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Daily documentation of equipment, performing housekeeping, maximizing throughput, performing minor maintenance on engines, compressors, separators, generators, flares, dehy&#8217;s, VRU&#8217;s and coolers, as well as locating pipelines around the compressor station.</span><br><br><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Work with craft personnel to ensure any equipment/system problems are resolved in a timely manner.</span><br><br><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Responsible for operation of compressor stations which may include Caterpillar &amp; Waukesha engines driving Aerial compressors.</span><br><br><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Responsible for troubleshooting abnormal operations, coordinating and monitoring activities of contractor personnel assigned to the area.</span><br><br><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Identify emergency situations and initiate emergency response procedures.</span><br><br><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Complete and maintain required reports and logs.</span><br><br><span style=\"background:#FFFFFF;\">Monitor and adjust,     "description_text": "Station/ Facility Operator\n JOB Description:\n The Station Operator is multi-skilled position that is responsible for the operation and maintenance of gathering system compressor stations. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n Daily documentation of equipment, performing housekeeping, maximizing throughput, performing minor maintenance on engines, compressors, separators, generators, flares, dehy’s, VRU’s and coolers, as well as locating pipelines around the compressor station.\n Work with craft personnel to ensure any equipment/system problems are resolved in a timely manner.\n Responsible for operation of compressor stations which may include Caterpillar & Waukesha engines driving Aerial compressors.\n Responsible for troubleshooting abnormal operations, coordinating and monitoring activities of contractor personnel assigned to the area.\n Identify emergency situations and initiate emergency response procedures.\n Complete and maintain required reports and logs.\n Monitor and adjust, as required or needed, equipment to maintain optimum availability and efficiently.\n The following Expectations will be used: To provide initial and ongoing training in your work duties and assignments\n To provide your work progress for the next evaluation period\n To evaluate your work-related conduct during the course of your employment\n To provide a 90 day evaluation on employees\n Expectations of Duties, Responsibilities and Standards:\n  Efficiently and safely operate natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment\n Work within the guidelines and parameters established by ShalePro Energy Services for safety and operations.  Be knowledgeable of company, state and federal regulatory requirements.\n Read and record the amounts natural gas, condensate, and production water/brine received, delivered and consumed\n Report operational temperature and pressure parameters as needed in operating logs.\n Observe and inspect equipment to confirm it is working properly.\n Document readings such as temperature, pressure and runtime hours\n Monitor and report the availability of the compressor units\n Inspect, maintain and repair basic equipment as needed, including but not limited to pipelines, compression and measurement facilities.\n Ensure all field equipment is operating under current emissions guidelines and standards.\n On-call responsibility for areas of responsibility as needed\n Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT etc.) document required regulatory activities.\n Proved knowledge and understanding of procedures used requirements\n Plan, organize and prioritize assigned responsibilities and work independently.\n Maintain current safety orientation and understand and follow all PPE requirements\n Manage all activities with a focus on safety and compliance\n Use proper tools and equipment to perform integrity management and regulatory tasks on oil or liquids pipelines\n Monitor activity in and around pipeline and facilities and respond as necessary to protect system integrity\n  Maintain required forms, records and reports (daily logs, Eam, shift reports)\n Understand and support clients reporting procedures for abnormal operations, safety and environmental conditions\n Respond to emergencies, perform cleanup associated with field ops and corrosion control activities\n Increase communication to client’s supervisors regarding safety and environmental concerns as well as provide potential solutions for corrective actions\n Follow and promote good housekeeping practices and properly maintain equipment and vehicles\n Follow ShalePro Energy Services fatigue program\n Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds\n Must be able to work Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays\n Skills and Abilities:\n Ability to: Perform all essential duties.\n Demonstrate customer service skills.\n Read, write and speak English (work orders, manuals, etc.)\n Model all health, safety and environmental procedures.\n Use computer skills, including vendor specific programs (Cat, Waukesha, Ariel, Murphy, etc.), Internet Explorer and Outlook.\n Regularly complete and submit company required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion.\n Respond to afterhours request on an on-call basis.\n Ability to work 12-16 Hours straight while managing rest during time off.\n Minimum Education and Certification:\n - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n - Valid driver's license and a good driving record.\n - Gas or Diesel Mechanics Preferred\n Pay/ Benefits:\n  Entry Level Starting @ $20-$25 hr.\n Additional Pay based on Field Related Experience\n By-Weekly Pays\n Medical\n Dental\n Vision\n Company Paid Supplemental Coverage\n 401K Matching\n Vacation After 90 Days\n 7 Paid Holidays\n Referral Bonuses\n On-Call Pay\n Company Truck & Fuel Card\n Overtime opportunities\n This job description is a summary of essential job functions.
