At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Asset Manager II will be responsible to work with a set of customers to review energy usage and strategies in order to implement the best practices. This will include directly managing the O&M of the CEP for the campus, working with, and mentoring the owner's staff on the O&M and energy usage of multiple facilities as part of a greater campus effort.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviewing of energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and to provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current operations.</li>\n <li>Mentoring the owner on energy strategies.</li>\n <li>Managing the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.</li>\n <li>Managing the Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.</li>\n <li>Working with the operators to ensure the plant operates efficiently.</li>\n <li>Performing on-going training of the Plant Operators.</li>\n <li>Developing and maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.</li>\n <li>Assisting the EPC team with the coordination of engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations.</li>\n <li>Coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>3-4 years of experience in mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant or 3-4 years of management experience in a central plant or facility.</li>\n <li>Well versed in building codes and associated standards.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program).</li>\n <li>FE preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds </li>\n <li>#LI-OL1</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $66,760.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
