The Nursing Practice Lead strengthens nursing </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">practice across Seabird Island’s health services through hands-on mentorship, clinical teaching, and practice </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">consultation.
