Be part of a company that is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainability.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Due to continued growth, we are seeking a <strong>full-time Engineer&nbsp;</strong>to join our Site Services team in Alliance, Ohio.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Site Services Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, installation, and ongoing support of material handling systems, with a focus on overhead cranes. This role combines mechanical engineering expertise with hands-on field service to deliver reliable, high-performing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction from initial concept through commissioning, maintenance, and ongoing support.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and layouts for overhead cranes and material handling equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create, review, and revise engineering drawings and documentation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the installation, assembly, and commissioning of crane systems and mechanical equipment at customer sites</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and mechanical assessments of installed equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and components; assist with basic electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC) as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, to provide technical input for proposals, cost estimates, and system recommendations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for customers during installation, maintenance, and service activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and overall costs for assigned projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards and wear proper PPE, especially when working in industrial environments and at heights up to 100 feet</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel to customer sites up to 75% or more, depending on project and service demands</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, material handling, or related field service work</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with overhead cranes or similar heavy equipment strongly preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Combination of engineering design and hands-on field experience is strongly preferred</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of mechanical systems, structures, and industrial equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and basic electrical components</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective communication and customer interaction skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and in team-oriented field environments</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Competitive wages based on experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel per diem and expense reimbursement</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comprehensive benefits package including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>401(K) with matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About Morgan:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For more than 150 years, Morgan Engineering has created a legacy as a world leader in material handling systems.
