style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>● The Junior BA at Wealth Dynamix plays a key role in supporting the consulting and delivery teams to ensure the successful gathering, documentation, and management of business requirements for client projects.</p>\n<p>● Positioned between the graduate role and the Functional Consultant position, this role focuses on developing expertise in both business analysis and project delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p>● The Junior Functional Consultant is involved in all stages of project delivery, from gathering client requirements to supporting go-live, while gaining in depth knowledge of the WDX1 platform and Microsoft Dynamics products.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Business Requirements &amp; Analysis:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>●  Work alongside the consulting team to gather, document, and manage business requirements from clients.</p>\n<p>●  Attend and actively contribute to client meetings, acting as a representative of Wealth Dynamix.</p>\n<p>●  Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.</p>\n<p>●  Product Knowledge Development:</p>\n<p>●  Build an expert understanding of WDX1 and Microsoft Dynamics products to ensure effective project delivery.</p>\n<p>●  Use this knowledge to support existing clients by providing advice and product insights.</p>\n<p>●  Project Delivery &amp; Testing:</p>\n<p>●  Assist in the management of the Product Backlog for client projects, ensuring it aligns with client requirements.</p>\n<p>●  Collaborate with developers to ensure software is delivered according to client needs.</p>\n<p>●  Support the execution and management of test phases, ensuring software meets quality standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Client Engagement &amp; Support:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>●  Contribute to client-facing activities, such as sprint playbacks, UAT sessions, and go-live support.</p>\n<p>●  Support project go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Cross-Team Collaboration:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>●  Work closely with the delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who is best suited to this role?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>●  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.</p>\n<p>●  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex requirements and translate them into actionable
