We Champion People. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> We are seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Software Developer to join our expanding development team. This position involves both frontend and backend responsibilities, contributing to the creation of scalable, user-focused web applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with fellow developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and implement high-quality features, address complex challenges, and consistently deliver robust, maintainable code across all layers of the application stack.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work on a software team with other developers to create new modules and feature-functionality for the company’s management system.</li>\n <li>Code, test, and prepare releases to existing software solutions following established design, coding and implementation methods and standards for specifications, development, testing and delivery.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners/managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.</li>\n <li>Build enterprise-level services and   applications using various programming and scripting languages</li>\n <li>Create and consume RESTful APIs as well as other types of third-party APIs</li>\n <li>Performing C# code changes, production support, and application enhancements.</li>\n <li>work with end-users and cross-functional teams to   develop new application features that meet evolving business needs, using C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps.</li>\n <li>Work with UX/UI designers to integrate APIs and backend services into React applications, ensuring seamless data synchronization and real-time updates.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.</li>\n <li>Develop reusable components and scalable frontend systems.</li>\n <li>Experience with performance profiling and web vitals monitoring Quality Assurance.  Carry out unit and system test plans.</li>\n <li>Implement CI/CD DevOps process used in Azure for constant   releases into QA and Production environments.</li>\n <li>Participate in scheduled daily/weekly sprint meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years application development experience with the Microsoft .NET platform</li>\n <li>3+ Years experience using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, Angular, React, NextJS, React-Native.</li>\n <li>Experience with React /Single Page Applications.</li>\n <li>Strong .NET Core (C#) experience with Web Services/API's, HTML/CSS (Bootstrap) </li>\n <li>Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, and database design</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of object-oriented development (OOD), including an in-depth knowledge of implementing RESTful, micro services design patterns and architectures</li>\n <li>Strong experience in end-to-end data ingestion process from receiving, manipulating and publishing data via services.</li>\n <li>Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience including gathering requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Agile, Observability) </li>\n <li>Experience with Azure Function Apps.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills and excellent presentation skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, working in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Development experience using cloud-based resources (Azure preferred)</li>\n <li>Advanced Proficiency in Programming Languages</li>\n <li>Security Best Practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><em>This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
