Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work, we foster an environment where people are empowered to grow, challenge themselves, and do meaningful work alongside industry-leading talent.
The Opportunity
Our Sports branch is looking for a Senior Athlete Manager to sit at the heart of athlete relationships, brand strategy, and commercial growth intersect. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands athletes not just as talent, but as brands, businesses, and long-term growth stories. We’re looking for a senior person who can step into meaningful athlete relationships, help drive partnership strategy, and play a real role in shaping the future of the branch. This is a major seat on the team. This person will work closely with some of our most important athletes, helping guide their day-to-day management, brand positioning, partnership development, and overall trajectory. This is a role for someone who brings taste, instinct, credibility, and the kind of relationship skills that make athletes and partners trust you quickly.
Reporting to our Associate Director, Sports, this person will be a key contributor to the next chapter of our sports unit. You will help strengthen how we support hero talent, how we think about partnership opportunities, and how we continue building a branch with serious ambition across North America. For the right person, this is a chance to take everything you know about sports, talent, partnerships, and digital visibility - and apply it in a more direct, influential, and career-defining way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and own strong day-to-day relationships with key athletes on the roster, becoming a trusted partner in their career growth, overall representation, and long-term success
Help shape athlete brand positioning and commercial strategy across sponsorships, media opportunities, digital presence, and long-term partnerships
Identify, develop, and drive new partnership opportunities aligned with each athlete’s image, goals, and market potential
Bring sharp instincts around athlete branding, social visibility, cultural relevance, and partnership fit, ensuring talent are positioned thoughtfully and competitively in the market
Mentor and guide junior team members with the execution of athlete collaborations, campaigns, PR opportunities, and sponsorship activations from ideation through delivery
Work closely with internal agents and leadership to support athlete strategy, partnership direction, and broader branch priorities
Manage the moving pieces behind high-level athlete representation, including partnership obligations, timelines, deliverables, calendars, and relationship follow-through
Travel as needed to support athlete priorities, key partnerships, events, appearances, and important moments tied to representation and brand opportunities
Attend shoot days, events, and other athlete-facing moments when needed to ensure strong execution, support talent on the ground, and maintain a high standard of service
Contribute to the broader strategic direction of the sports branch by identifying whitespace, new opportunities, and ways to continue elevating the roster
Stay deeply connected to the sports, media, brand, and creator landscape to ensure our athletes are positioned where they should be - and ahead of where the market is going
Who We’re Looking For
6–9 years of experience in athlete management, creator partnerships, sports partnerships, sponsorships, talent management, sports marketing, or a closely related field
Strong experience managing or supporting high-profile athlete, creator, or public figure relationships
Proven ability to identify and grow brand partnership opportunities with both strategic thinking and strong execution
Strong instincts around athlete branding, commercial positioning, and relationship management
Deep understanding of the sports, partnership, and digital visibility landscape
Experience working in environments where relationships move quickly, expectations are high, and polish matters
Someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, but also commercially minded and naturally strategic
A mature communicator who can build trust with athletes, internal stakeholders, and external partners alike
Existing relationships or credibility within the sports, media, brand, or creator ecosystem are a strong asset
Soft Skills & Dulcedo DNA :
At Dulcedo, we look for more than just a CV - we look for energy.
You’re known for your initiative, curiosity, and genuine drive to make things happen.
Your positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious.
You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment.
You’re a true self-starter - passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented, someone who loves having projects, challenges, and milestones to work toward.
In short, you’re driven, creative, and structured, someone who knows how to balance discipline, fun, and performance - 3 core pillars of Dulcedo’s culture.
Why This Role Is Special
This is not a traditional servicing role, and it is not just about managing logistics. It is an opportunity to step into a role with real visibility, real athlete exposure, and real influence on where the sports branch goes next. The person in this seat will help support some of the most important talent on the roster while playing a meaningful role in how the division continues to grow and evolve.
Why Dulcedo Sports
Our Sports team is intentionally built to offer athletes a high level of service, strategy, and care. We operate with a white-glove mindset, real infrastructure behind the scenes, and a belief that premium talent deserves premium representation.
