Kossi Afantchao</p><p>Warehouse 2nd Shift Supervisor &ndash; Eric Canady</p><p>As a Warehouse Associate you will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of your department.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>&bull; Conduct daily walkthroughs to confirm warehouse is suitable for daily operations</p><p>&bull; Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer</p><p>&bull; Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse while maintaining all safety protocols and company procedures</p><p>&bull; Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, supply rooms and other designated areas</p><p>&bull; Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment</p><p>&bull; Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations</p><p>&bull; Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities</p><p>&bull; Keep accurate records on the use and/or damage of stock and stock handling equipment</p><p>&bull; Examine and inspect items for wear or defects prior to use; reporting any damage to supervisors</p><p>&bull; Provide assistance and/or direction to other warehouse or freezer workers</p><p>&bull; Use fully functioning warehouse equipment (i.e., Forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, etc.) to drop and move freight throughout warehouse, while maintaining all safety and company procedures</p><p>&bull; Experience in working with RF Funs and Barcode System</p><p>&bull; High School Diploma or equivalent</p><p>&bull; Problems-solving skills</p><p>&bull; Critical thinking skills</p><p>&bull; Leadership and coaching skills</p><p>&bull; Strong empathy and interpersonal skills</p><p>&bull; Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills</p><p>&bull; Understanding of RF Guns and barcoding</p><p>&bull; Understanding of transferring of products of REDOCK (Preferred)</p><p>&bull; Communicate with supervisors in various departments</p><p>&bull; Daily discipline and the ability to prioritize, which allows the individual to dominate their daily checklist</p><p>&bull; Professionalism, accountability, accuracy, and integrity</p><p>&bull; Ability to work and cooperatively with others</p><p>&bull; Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies</p><p>Physical Requirements:</p><p>&bull; Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted</p><p>&bull; Ability to enter and maneuver in confined spaces</p><p>&bull; Willingness to comply with company guidelines in reference to appropriate warehouse attire</p><p>&bull; Willingness to work in order to complete such tasks associated with the company on a daily schedule</p><p>&bull;
