Supporting co-workers from other hotels when needed(occasionally).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">To be responsible for the maintenance tasks as:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minor and daily issues/repairs if needed on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting &amp; decorating.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Carry out regular plan prevention maintenance throughout the property.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Carry out weekly fire detection and sprinkler systems testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and look after mechanical and electrical installations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Carry out weekly water management tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monthly utility meter readings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
