This role ensures regulatory expectations are translated into scalable frameworks, defensible controls, and consistent processes, supporting oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.</p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</b></span></p><p>Fidelity Digital Assets®  operates as a global digital asset platform in an evolving industry. The Director of Fidelity Digital Assets®  Finance Regulatory Governance, Controls &amp; Programs ensures financial strength, regulatory readiness, and strategic clarity as the firm scales and expands globally.</p><ul><li>Lead, develop, and scale the Fidelity Digital Assets®  Regulatory Controls and Governance organization; oversee hiring, performance management, and talent development.</li><li>Lead Finance coordination for regulatory examinations.</li><li>Own exam readiness processes including workplans and deliverables.</li><li>Own Regulation W governance and oversight program.</li><li>Own ongoing regulatory reporting routines and creation of new requirements.</li><li>Design and implement regulatory controls and frameworks; Strengthen governance routines.</li><li>Develop leadership reporting and KRIs.</li><li>Lead and mentor team; Drive accountability and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee creation of wind-down plans for new products as well as oversight of existing procedures.</li><li>Requires independent decision-making in a complex regulatory environment, translating evolving requirements into actionable frameworks while influencing senior stakeholders.</li><li>Strong regulatory governance, OCC exam exposure, control frameworks, leadership skills.</li><li>Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills across senior leadership and regulatory partners.</li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.</li><li>Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.</li><li>Balance of analytical rigor and sound judgment.</li><li>Proven experience leading high‑performing finance teams.</li><li>Regulatory confidence and financial transparency in a complex digital asset environment.</li><li>Scalable finance operating models that support innovation and growth.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated businesses.</li><li>Experience in digital assets, capital markets, or financial services.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Team</b></span></p><p>Fidelity Brokerage Finance, a division of Fidelity Investments, is dedicated to partnering with our business leaders who focus on optimizing, modernizing, and personalizing the self-directed customer experience. The business is focused on providing an industry-leading offering to meet our retail customers’ evolving needs, including our trading capabilities, digital assets, digital user experience and client service teams.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.  <p style=\"text-align:left\">Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
