In this full-time role, you will help individuals build independence, assist with daily living tasks and personal care, provide transportation, monitor safety, and offer meaningful companionship. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and motivated by work that makes a direct impact. Our Residential Services team provides customized in-home support, empowering individuals to grow, participate in their community, and reach personal goals.</p>\n<p>We are expanding and looking for individuals who value meaningful, mission-driven work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></p>\n<p>Overnight DSPs support individuals in their homes by promoting independence, assisting with personal and daily living skills, ensuring safety overnight, and providing companionship and encouragement.
