As we transition to a fully internal IT model, you will play a vital role in maintaining our technical infrastructure, providing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hands-on support</span>, and ensuring that our systems, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">, </span>are optimized to support our global e-bike operations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p>The IT Analyst intern will work closely with our internal data and finance teams to tackle a variety of technical challenges:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">System Optimization &amp; Cleanup:</span> Leading the \"hands-on\" effort to clean and audit NetSuite data, ensuring financial and operational records are accurate and actionable.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internal IT Support:</span> Serving as the primary point of contact, alongside IT lead, for internal technical tasks and troubleshooting, filling the gap left by external support to keep the team productive.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Continuity:</span> Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and implementing technical solutions to make daily operations run more smoothly.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure Maintenance:</span> Assisting with the management of hardware, software licenses, and system permissions to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Growth</span></span></p>\n<p>This internship offers a unique opportunity to see the \"engine room\" of a data-driven e-bike company.
