This role supports complex engagements involving transaction‑related due diligence, fraud investigations, litigation support, forensic accounting, and technical accounting analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a solid accounting foundation, and experience supporting high‑stakes advisory matters.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Consultant, you will play a hands‑on role in executing engagements, developing financial analyses, and delivering insights that help clients navigate acquisitions, disputes, investigations, regulatory matters, and financial reporting challenges.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses.</li>\n <li>Support fraud and internal investigations, including transaction testing, data analysis, tracing of funds, and identification of irregularities.</li>\n <li>Provide litigation support, including damages calculations, expert report support, discovery assistance, and exhibit preparation.</li>\n <li>Conduct forensic and technical accounting analyses in accordance with U.S. GAAP.</li>\n <li>Analyze general ledger activity, journal entries, bank records, and transactional data to identify trends, risks, and anomalies.</li>\n <li>Prepare clear workpapers, memoranda, and client‑ready deliverables.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Managers and Partners and participate in client discussions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required or CPA‑eligible and actively pursuing.</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in financial due diligence, forensic accounting, litigation support, fraud investigations, or technical accounting.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and Excel‑based analysis.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced advisory environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $90,000–$130,000 + Bonus programs and competitive benefits package.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <em>#LI-Hybrid</em></p>",
