We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Elmwood Park market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds. * ‎Inter/intra-department, Company transfers, and re-hires will not be considered new and therefore not eligible for any sign-on bonus. 3 Day Blinds reserves the right to alter or terminate this program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Design Consultants at 3 Day Blinds are earning a nationwide average of $80,000-90,000 annually in commission and bonus . The District Sales Manager can speak more directly to you about the territory’s historical earning potential, but the biggest variable in the equation will be you. You’ll receive 4-weeks of paid, world class training and be provided with state-of-the-art tools, including a laptop, smartphone, product samples, and other resources necessary for your success. We also provide mileage reimbursement. You'll receive a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, time off with pay, and a 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching. We provide short- and long-term disability benefits at no cost to you! In addition, we offer company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance with opportunities to elect additional voluntary insurance plans as well.
