With annual revenue of approximately $100 million, the organization&rsquo;s work is carried out by a dedicated team of 650 staff members and 1,000 volunteers.</p>\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Essential Duties</span></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Works with CEO and Executive Team to develop the annual budget for approval by the Board of Directors.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure the monthly financial statements and program reports are provided to the Board of Directors and leadership team in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n\t<li>Monitor the billing and collection activity to ensure processes are in place to accurately bill and timely collect all receivables.</li>\n\t<li>Monitor cash and investment portfolios for all entities to ensure earning appropriate returns while maintaining adequate levels of liquidity and ability to meet debt service coverage requirements</li>\n\t<li>Oversees the Information Technology department to ensure IT strategies are aligned to support the organization&rsquo;s goals and security controls are in place to protect data.</li>\n\t<li>Participates as a member of the Executive Team.</li>\n\t<li>Understands financial compliance for all Midland programs.</li>\n</ul>\n",
