This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively, social, outdoor environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests in a high-energy setting</li>\n <li>Ensure dishes meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen</li>\n <li>Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations</li>\n <li>Provide friendly, engaging interactions with guests when delivering food</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, outdoor seating, and service areas</li>\n <li>Assist servers and team members during peak service times</li>\n <li>Help create a welcoming, fun, and social atmosphere that reflects the Taco Tempo brand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>\n <li>Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest experience</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available to work <strong>Thursday through Saturday (required)</strong></li>\n <li>Must be comfortable working <strong>outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously during shifts</li>\n <li>Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write basic English</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Environment/Physical Demands:</u></strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to walk, and stand, 8+ hours per day.</li>\n <li>The team member may be asked to use hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift to 25 lbs.  </li>\n <li>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Note:</strong> This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
