This is a hands on role where you will be working alongside other infrastructure engineers to continuously improve systems and services across security, automation, and performance. You will play a key part in building and operating environments the right way, making sure everything aligns with solid architecture standards while delivering real impact for the mission.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support transitioning a system that is tightly coupled to the underlying infrastructure</li>\n<li>Assist with architecture, design, development, integration, and support of build, integration &amp; test, and deployment pipelines, optimizing for performance and scalability across on-premises cloud computing environments</li>\n<li>Leverage company and industry best practices and capabilities to improve scalability, consistency, infrastructure efficiency, reduce deployment time, and automate configuration management</li>\n<li>Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement development and mission solutions</li>\n<li>Integrate security and compliance into the platform with services such as encryption and access management</li>\n<li>Provide operational support for the platform</li>\n<li>Administrative fluency with the following (or vendor equivalent): Red Hat Linux (v7+, 8+ preferred), Rancher</li>\n<li>Experience troubleshooting applications &amp; infrastructure services on Linux based OS</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>7-10 </span>years of experience directly related to Linux System Administration and DevOps, including installation and maintenance of software and hardware.</li>\n<li>Experience administering Red Hat Linux based systems with minimal support, to include kickstart, patching (satellite servers), creating RPM packages, performance tuning, networking, user management, and security.</li>\n<li>Extensive experience with scripting, particularly in Bash and/or Python</li>\n<li>Experienced using automation tools/frameworks such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.</li>\n<li>Experience with recent versions of VMware (ESXi and vCenter) and/or AWS<br></li>\n<li>Hands-on experience working with developer tools including Git, Arifactory, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools, and Jira</li>\n<li><span> Experience with Rancher</span><br></li>\n<li>NAS and SAN administration experience</li>\n<li>Experience using Agile/Scrum development methodology (SAFe, Scrum, Khanban)</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations.</li>\n<li>Strong analytic and research skills - must be detail oriented<br></li>\n<li>Must be able to support occasional after hour maintenance<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Experience developing, testing &amp; delivering applications w/in a DevSecOps framework </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with programming/scripting languages (E.g.
