We’re seeking hardworking, mechanically minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing projects completed from start to finish.</p>\n<p>Our crews work on a variety of industrial and agricultural projects including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Steel buildings</li>\n<li>Grain systems</li>\n<li>Ethanol plant shutdowns</li>\n<li>Equipment installation &amp; maintenance</li>\n<li>Structural steel and facility upgrades</li>\n</ul>\n<p>No two days are the same, and most work is local or regional.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, repair, and maintain industrial and agricultural equipment</li>\n<li>Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and equipment</li>\n<li>Assist with welding, fabrication, and steel erection</li>\n<li>Read tape measures, layouts, and blueprints</li>\n<li>Work safely and efficiently with a crew</li>\n<li>Help keep jobsites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Construction, welding, fabrication, ag, or industrial experience preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with a team</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety, and like building things that last, we’d like to talk with you.</p>",
