As a Service Scheduling Representative, you will be the main liaison between our company's current and potential customers for 21 Safford and Safford Brown locations. There is no previous experience required for this position. You just need to have a great personality, be detail oriented, reliable and dedicated to wanting to learn. If you bring all of those attributes, we will provide the rest! Do you want to work in an office environment that can be fast paced but also fun with great coworkers that operate as a team? Qualifications Areas of Emphasis: Be a reliable team member Answer all calls promptly Effectively schedule appointments Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via email, text, and phone to schedule appointments, to handle inquiries, and to support the service departments for multiple Safford locations Answer calls promptly, assisting customers with scheduling, ordering parts, checking vehicle status as well as warranty information Respond to service and parts leads Promote specials and other dealership initiatives Effectively and efficiently manage the service scheduling systems while appointing customers Proactively communicate daily to offer the highest-level customer service and communication with our customers Interact with customers with courtesy Identify and escalate priority issues to management Update or enter new customer information into DMS and/or CRM as appropriate Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers
