Together, these brands deliver innovative solutions for the commercial transportation industry including truck accessories, lighting systems, aerodynamic components, towing and coupling solutions, mud flaps, fenders, and other aftermarket and OEM products built for durability, safety, and performance.</p><p data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"1183\">The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end product strategy and New Product Development (NPD) pipeline across High Bar Brands&rsquo; diverse product portfolio. This role leads the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch performance, while driving portfolio optimization initiatives designed to improve revenue, profitability, and EBITDA performance.</p><p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1646\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Serving as the central leader across engineering, operations, sourcing, sales, and marketing, this position drives alignment, accountability, and execution of product initiatives across the organization.
