Description

Talent Acquisition Director Full Time Columbus, OH AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions, with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We partner with health systems, community health centers, and independent practices to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve. As we rapidly scale our operational infrastructure to support organizational growth, we are looking for an elite Talent Acquisition Director to spearhead our effort to build out world-class, high-volume teams. This role will ensure we have the talent density required to support aggressive growth targets while building scalable, data-driven, and highly efficient hiring processes. What you’ll do in the role: The Talent Acquisition Director will develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent. This role requires a goal-oriented self-starter with exceptional judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and driving our mission forward. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through research, proactive sourcing, networking, relationship-building and strategic programs. Conduct in-depth phone screens and effectively leverage our assessment tools to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential to excel in their role and within our dynamic work environment. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and refine job descriptions to attract the best talent. Leverage technology and analytics to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, streamline workflows and monitor the effectiveness of your recruitment strategies Stay current with talent market conditions, high-volume hiring best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies to ensure our candidate pipeline remains robust and competitive. Provide coaching and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate selection, and onboarding processes to enhance their recruitment skills and effectiveness. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events. Effectively articulate our vision for the company, team and role, creating a compelling value proposition for candidates Align budget considerations, external benchmarks and candidate expectations to ensure we are developing and extending appropriate compensation packages leading lead to high acceptance rates. Education & Licensure Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Other Skills or Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex roles in a high-growth environment. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and discretion. Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
