You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of industrial equipment &mdash; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic &mdash; in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul style=\"margin-left: 17px;\"><li>Repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, motion controls, motors, pneumatic systems, and pumps</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using precision measuring and testing instruments</li><li>Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues</li><li>Maintain inventory records and replenish machine parts, tools, and maintenance supplies</li><li>Follow and promote all safety policies; identify and report unsafe conditions</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Requirements</h2><ul style=\"margin-left: 17px;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>2+ years of industrial machinery maintenance experience</li><li>Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Available for off-schedule calls and overtime as needed</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul style=\"margin-left: 17px;\"><li>PLC and HMI literacy</li><li>Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, BRC/ISO quality systems</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS software (MVP One a plus)</li><li>Strong time management and communication skills</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">About Smyth Companies</h2><p>Smyth is a leading label and packaging converter with facilities across the U.S. We offer competitive compensation based on your skills and experience, a collaborative team environment, and real opportunities to grow your career in manufacturing.</p><p><strong>Apply today and keep our production running at its best.</strong></p>\n",
