In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the action—bringing Meta’s cutting-edge, industry-leading technology to life and helping create an unforgettable experience for event attendees. If you love engaging with people and showcasing innovative tech, this is your moment!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This outdoor event will have you soaking in the energy of a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Shirts will be provided, and we highly recommend taking the DC Metro for easy access to the event. Please note: a valid government ID will be required to access the property each day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Full availability is required on June 12 for paid training (time TBD), and June 13–14 from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Minimum Pay</h2>USD $20.00/Hr.\n<h2>Maximum Pay</h2>USD $20.00/Hr.\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly pay schedule and early wage access – get paid when you need it</li>\n <li>Paid required training (online, in-store)</li>\n <li>Paid drive time and mileage between stores</li>\n <li>Out of market travel pay (drive time, mileage, per diem, hotel)</li>\n <li>State-mandated sick time</li>\n <li>State-mandated cell allowance by shift</li>\n <li>Referral bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>401(k) after 12 months of employment</li>\n <li>Opportunity to work with a growing company that rewards and promotes its associates</li>\n <li>A variety of part-time and full-time roles across the business that can lead to consistent income</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide a best-in-class experience for event attendees navigating throughout our client’s immersive footprint by greeting and directing attendees, line management, handing out promotional items, answering questions, and scanning attendee badges</li>\n <li>Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by management & client</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience and Education:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li>\n <li>1+ year of in-person product demonstration experience </li>\n <li>1+ year customer-facing experience in experiential or retail sales environments required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Attributes:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exemplary interpersonal communicational skills - written, verbal, and on-camera</li>\n <li>Authentic, engaging, and energetic with a customer-first mentality</li>\n <li>Tech-savvy and passionate about technology</li>\n <li>Attentive to deadlines, start times, and reporting requests</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and remain agile and flexible as details and event needs change and evolve</li>\n <li>Natural relationship builder: ability to build and foster business relationships independently at multiple levels</li>\n <li>Ability to remain professional at all times while showing patience and tact, remaining calm under pressure, and practicing good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision-making</li>\n <li>High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
