We have a well curated bouquet of rewards and recognition program for the employees</li>\n <li>Dynamic, Inclusive and Diverse team culture&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Gender Neutral Policy</li>\n <li>Inclusive Health Benefits for all - Medical Insurance, Personal Accidental, Group Term Life Insurance and Annual Health Checkup, Dental and OPD benefits</li>\n <li>Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning &amp; development framework</li>\n</ol>\n<p><b>Role Purpose</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Responsible for supporting and managing functioning of Endpoint Security and Threat Prevention Management and related control for Endpoints including Desktop, Laptop, Sever etc.</p>\n<p><b>Role Accountability</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Lead Endpoint Detection, Security &amp; Response Platform such as EDR in support of the functional &amp; company strategy, goals, and performance objectives</li>\n <li>Build out integrations and automation between different security software platforms (Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection, Detection and Response, Threat Intelligence, SIEM)</li>\n <li>Overall accountability for development, implementation, and effectiveness of EDR related initiatives, and capabilities across target endpoints</li>\n <li>Create and implement policies for Endpoint Security solutions and provide oversight for solutions used by other Business Units based on industry best practices</li>\n <li>Maintain and measure existing solutions to ensure on-going operational and security effectiveness with appropriate metrics&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct troubleshooting, tuning, and application testing within the business, and lead deployment of any endpoint security solution</li>\n <li>Maintain and measure endpoint security solution health</li>\n <li>Consult other IT stakeholders within business lines to ensure alignment of end-point security initiatives and strategies</li>\n <li>Ensure continuous testing of security software agent versions to ensure OS compatibility and high level of endpoint compliance including operating system</li>\n <li>Ensure that appropriate use cases are implemented while customizing EDR solution</li>\n <li>Develop policies, procedure, and guidelines for EDR managements</li>\n <li>Interact with key business and IT stakeholders to proactively identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions</li>\n <li>In collaboration of SOC, ensure the incident/event monitoring, reporting SLA and processes are being followed</li>\n <li>Support audit and compliance activities by providing acceptable evidence of infrastructure controls and supporting information to auditors</li>\n <li>Propose metrics and reporting structure demonstrating ongoing progress towards improvement goals and objectives.
