      "value": "In our 24-month trainee program, you will work hands-on with us to push the boundaries of medicine through brain-computer interface technology. Your role will focus on three core areas: <ul><li>Technology Development: Support the development of next-generation brain-computer interfaces, with a particular focus on probes and electrodes as well as chip design and connectivity. </li><li>Research & Strategy: Analyze the latest scientific and technological developments in the BCI field and translate your insights into strategic recommendations for management.</li><li>Regulatory & Application: Help define promising application scenarios and address regulatory challenges to bring our technology closer to real-world, life-changing products. </li></ul>Unlike traditional traineeships, our program does not follow a rigid rotational structure. Your areas of responsibility will evolve together with our company, align with your strengths, and can be actively shaped by you.<br>After completing the traineeship, you will further deepen your area of expertise and prepare to take on leadership responsibilities. Our goal is for you to step into a project leadership role within three years of joining us."
