Provide variousschedule-related reports for upper management to meet Key Performance Milestones.</li>\n <li>Assist in the supervision of Project Schedulers to ensure project timelines are met and interface with OARs, Senior Project Managers and other site staff related to the review of CPM schedules.</li>\n <li>Independently interpret and read detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural,Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.) and develop a clear understanding of work scope.</li>\n <li>Review Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify any missing scope, identify any missing logic or milestones, identify and analyze the critical path, review the required cost loading, and be able to provide written technical schedule review comments based onstructured review templates.</li>\n <li>Review multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule reviewcomments that document milestone schedule slippage, critical path activity slippage, and provideover-all schedule analysis based on structured review templates.</li>\n <li>Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis by using the method of Windows Analysis whileincorporating either contemporaneous and/or forensic schedule parameters in a detailed write-up.</li>\n <li>Read drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understand terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with the project team regarding any schedule/progress related issues orconcerns at regular schedule meetings.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and update various program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects.</li>\n <li>Perform status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a regular basis.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper use of Program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure dataintegrity.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports as needed and directed by Senior Management.</li>\n <li>Visit construction sites and attend meetings, as needed, and check the Contractor’s monthlyschedule progress.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in constructionmanagement, engineering, architecture or any related field\n  <ul>\n   <li>OR Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in any course, but with additional four (4) years of experience in the duties to compensate forthe required education.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Minimum ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in an educational facility or public works projects</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Superior organizational and planning skills</li>\n <li>Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff</li>\n <li>Understanding of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering, scheduling and scheduleforensics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>Vanir offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions, medical, dental, vision, health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions, life, AD&D and disability benefits, flexible spending account (FSA), voluntary benefits, Teladoc, pet insurance, paid time off, national employee assistance program (EAP) and employee referral program.</p>\n<h2>How to Apply</h2>\n<p>If you're interested in working for Vanir please visit our website to learn more and to apply online at www.vanir.com.</p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>VEVRAA Federal Contractor</p>\n<p>Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals</p>\n<p>EOE Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Contact Email: [email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Persons with medical limitations may, with reasonable accommodations, be capable of performing the duties of this position.
