The employee will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our management&rsquo;s expectations. &nbsp; All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manor at all times.&nbsp;</p><p>Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation</li><li>Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.</li><li>Proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment.</li><li>Unloading/loading equipment and materials</li><li>Wash dirty equipment {including all mower decks} and return to approved storage location. Report damaged or broken equipment to management immediately.</li><li>Fill trucks, mowers, equipment, and cans with fuel additive &amp; fuel in preparation for the next day (or as necessary)</li><li>Adherence to the company&rsquo;s employee manual &amp; procedures as required from all employees</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be 18+ years old</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Ability to lift 75+ lbs. consistently throughout the day</li><li>Available to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays) in any and all adverse weather conditions. Year-round position.</li><li>Must be able to stoop, stand and bend for 8+ hours a day.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
