Specific responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Diagnose problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structures, and pools, as necessary.</li><li>Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.</li><li>Assist the Service Manager in directing and supervising maintenance staff.</li><li>Purchase materials.</li></ul><h3><em><strong>The expected compensation range for this position is $25.00- $27.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.</strong></em></h3>",
