This position is responsible for responding to maintenance calls and concerns.</p><p><br></p><p>Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve.</p><p><br><strong>YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Full focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.</li><li>Grounds/parking lot clean up.</li><li>Verifies all lighting systems are operating properly.</li><li>Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.</li><li>Perform routine checks/sign offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights within the property(s).</li><li>Snow/ice removal as necessary.</li><li>Identifying any potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties.</li><li>Maintaining landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s).</li><li>Support for other Maintenance Technicians when necessary.</li><li>Responsible for the cleanliness of the shop/working areas.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p><p>This position offers a competitive starting salary, with opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure.
