The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and decorating, along with a keen eye for detail and design. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for bringing our clients&#39; visions to life by skillfully decorating cakes according to their specifications.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Decorate cakes according to customer orders, including but not limited to wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and specialty cakes.</p><p>2. Use various icing techniques, piping, fondant, and other decorative elements to create visually stunning designs.</p><p>3. Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and ensure their satisfaction with the finished product.</p><p>4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation and food safety guidelines.</p><p>5. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.</p><p>6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and creativity.</p><p>7. Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.</p><p>8. Occasionally assist with other bakery tasks such as baking, frosting, and packaging as needed.</p><p>9. Any other additional duties that are assigned.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1.
